Climate Change and the Insurance Crisis

Climate change is making natural disasters such as wildfire, flooding, tornados, hurricanes and mudslides more frequent and more severe. This is directly impacting homeowners even if they've never experienced any of these tragedies. The insurance corporations of America are starting to abandon areas at high risk for these events. Is this greedy corporations profiting on bad weather, outdated legislation, lack of government regulations, or all of the above?
